We believe that employees own their learning, and we encourage an open approach in terms of what courses to take, and how and when to do them. Our role is to provide the learning tools, resources and framework needed to help staff achieve their full potential. Our people are free to choose the training they wish to pursue for their development and career path, in discussion with supervisors and HR who provide guidance. The approach is backed by a dynamic online learning portal that can be accessed anytime, anywhere and at any pace. This means staff have access to the same learning experiences, regardless of where they are.

Our colleagues take up the role of Professors and Deans, sharing their life experience and knowledge, providing a level of practical teaching that is often absent from more conventional training programs. When ready, employees can also be nominated to join talent development programs with a variety of further learning opportunities, equipping them with the skills to take on more challenges.
